I was solicited to buy the software entitled 'Live TV' through my email account. It looked good and it seemed to be reputable offer. My payment was through PayPal, and that was something else that made me think that Advanced Telcom Inc. really was a legitimate company. I paid $29.88 for a year of software that would allow me to receive satellite TV on my computer. There was supposedly a link to download the software. Well, there was no link to download from. I tried contacting the company, but my email was returned. At the bottom of the email was this: Three W Networks LTD. | Plaza Neptuno Local #7 | Via Ricardo J alfaro | Tumba Muerto | Republica de Panama. Also at the bottom of the email ther was this: Three W Networks - P.O. Box N-9934, 2nd Floor Ansbacher House, n/a, Bahamas. There web site is still up.
