This company is a complete scam/fraud. I paid for powerleveling a character on my account, and they never did anything except get my account frozen for a period of 24 hours, with a possible permanant ban. They do not cooperate, run you around in circles, as you can see from the chat log last night listed below. I have all chat logs from the past week, stayed online in the same chat box over 12 hours at a time, only to be disconnected when a 'manager' was suppose to address my situation. I filed a dispute with Papal, and have escelated it. I will also report them to www.ic3.gov as i encourage everyone else to do about this company. After being disconected, i immediately reconnected to be told a manager was not there...
