From my experience they usually fulfill the request. But last time, they overpaid me gold. I didnt think anything of it until i get an email from Blizzard stating that the person that gave me the gold was a "Compromised account" and that they took back the gold. I logged into my account and sure enough they took back the gold from my toon. Blizzard did the right thing but the person that was complaining was probably not a "real" compromised account but those Chinese scammers that told Blizzard, "Hey my account got compromised and MY character gave gold to this character, oh please help me". Blizzard then follows policy/procedure and takes the gold. NICE SCAM! I gotta hand it to them they got me good. Took the gold back that I supposedly owed them and took some more of my gold that I actually purchased. Very slick. Realize this folks...these Chinese scammers have been doing this for years so they know how to get around everything. If it is illegal with Blizzard--DONT DO IT! Lesson learened. JUST DONT BUY GOLD EVER! It will eventually get you burned. Especially with THSALES / www.brogame.com who are associated with almost every other Chinese based gold provider. They are all the same company...believe me. Dont do business with the Chinese. No it's not prejudice..i am asian for crying out loud. Take it from me, they dont care about you...they care about their pockets and how they can scam stupid Americans like myself. Again, lesson learned.
