Over the last two weeks I tried to purchase tickets two different time for the the San Jose Sharks playoff games. Both times I placed the order, my credit card was charged and then about 30 minutes later I was called and told that the tickets were not availible. About two weeks later they refunded my money; however, the ticket insurance was not refunded both times. I have called them numerous times trying to recieve a refund for the insurance and they inform me that the insurance will eventually refunded, thoug it still hasn't. I have paid over $68 in ticket insurance for tickets I never even received. I believe this is a ploy and they are just pocketing my money.

Be very careful when ordering from this website as one, you will probably not recieve any tickets and two they will probably find some way to charge you money for them.
