We paid extra money for conversion GBP/EUR and when I was standing at the airport and waiting on my plane I got a call, that they are really sorry, but they are unable to deliver the tickets, because a ManU club did not deliver them. since then I havent received it. the match was on 14.3.2009. I was calling 5 times.
