This company would not cancel an order that was placed the SAME DAY and was NOT already shipped. I tried to get a refund and was told that refunds were NOT ALLOWED. After complaining further, I was told that they would accept a return if I paid a 12% re-stocking fee and also still paid the $13.51 service fee for EACH of the THREE TICKETS.

After finding tickets from the hosting venue's website for less than HALF the price the very next day, I tried to take advantage of this loaded return policy but was told that I could not.

I should mention that these circus tickets were $73 each (my wife made the purchase) and I found the same section seating for $33 the very next day.

Ticket Liquidator is a TERRIBLE business with TERRIBLE customer service. Do not purchase from this company.
