Rip off and scam
I purchased tickets to a Linkin Park Concert in Salt Lake City in Jan 08 and was promised they would be in the mail one week before the event. One week before I checked the status and call the company to find out they didn't have any tickets and couldn't do anything other then refund me. It's now Sept 08 and I'm still fighting with them trying to get a refund. They now say their bank wont allow them to refund me and I have to deal with my Credit Card Company.
THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED.

Beware
My daughter ordered a ticket to a concert. When it was getting close I told her to call them because she did not get her ticket. They would not answer or return a call. I faxed them and told them I was contacting the credit card co., they then called said they did not have the ticket. My credit card was charged. They said I could fill out their refund request and I would get credit. That did not happen so I contacted the credit card co. They gave me credit. Then I got a fed-ex pkg. threatening to sue me. That same day my credit card was charged for a Dell computer that I had not ordered. Coincedence? I don't think so. I got credit for that, cancelled the card. Two months later they are still calling. I reported them to the Nevada Attorney General but have not heard. Do Not use these people and report them if you do get scammed. They will probably change their name so beware of others. I have never had trouble with Ticket Master but who knows these days.

Rip off site
This is the biggest scam ever and nobody seems to be fixing the problem. I also bought tickets for 1400.oo and got a phone call saying they didn't have them. I was so shocked that I told the guy on the phone that something didn't seem right and I felt like I was getting scammed. He then started yelling at me because I used the word scam. I just hung up on him and new something wasn't right. So thats when I read all these notes posted by everyone and just contacted my credit card company. I still get calls from the company telling me to go to there sight and they'll refund me my money. This is also part of there scam, someone needs to put them all in jail.

ticket fraud
Charged for tickets Then notified order could not be filled just priot to show.Never received refund or communication from company.Then billed again for tickets with threat of court action.Offered to settle if I would post two positive articles on the web about there company.This is a complete scam.

Scam and fraud
Ticketsmyway.com is a HUGE SCAM!!! Don't buy tickets through them! If you have, cancel the charge now (and get ready to be threatened with a phony lawsuit). I bought tickets through their website and when they didn't arrive 2 days before the show (even though my credit card had been charged nearly $1000) I called to check on my order. I waited nearly an hour on hold and then the woman I spoke to informed me there were never any tickets at all (nor the substitutes they force you to take if they have them). She then tried to hang up on me before I could even ask for a refund. She then informed me that it would take more than a month to get a refund. I immediately called my credit card company and canceled the charge.
A month later I received the same phony litigation papers from Andrew Sims. Now I receive threatening emails and phone calls from Andrew all the time because I refuse to pay the $125 they are trying to extort from me for canceling the charge. If they tell you your contract says you have to pay them DON'T BELIEVE THEM!!! Don't use these con artists, they will just harass you until you pay them money. They won't see a dime from me!
Report them to Nevada's Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the FBI! Class action anyone?

threatening to sue
I ordered football tickets and never received them. I was never notified that they weren't available. I saw the cancellation notice on the website. I called my credit card company and the amount had been charged to me...I had the credit card company dispute the amount. Now Tickets My Way are trying to sue me for the money even though I never received the tickets! Has this happened to anyone else? I don't know what to do...

This company is shady!
THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! Bought tickets for Wicked on 4/9/08 and as of 5/14/08 no tickets have arrived for the 5/15/08 show. I left 2 email messages and 3 voice messages with no response. I had to wait 10 minutes on hold each time I left a voice message and never spoke to anyone. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. I'll let them hash it out with Tickets My Way. Fortunately, my wife went to the box office directly and purchased tickets. Otherwise, we would have missed the show. Find a credible source to buy tickets...

Ripoff
Tickets My Way committed to order me tickets and informed me of the exact seat number I had purchased. This was several weeks ago.
I was just informed 3 days before the show (Wicked) that the tickets now were not available.
I am not trying to get tickets for visiting out of the country friends.
We will see how long or if my tickets get refunded, I spent over $ 1100 for these tickets!
If you do decide to order (I would suggest you do not) give them 2 or 3 days to send your tickets to you. If they do not go find another broker!
Do not order from Tickets My Way, they are unreliable and lie!!!
