I ordered South Pacific tickets in March for May 4th performance. I made numerous attempts to contact customer service- phone messages, fax, e-mail when the tickets had not been received by 4/25. Originally the estimated ship date was 4/21, but when that date arrived the ship date was changed to the next day and this happened each day. On 5/1 I spoke with "Marvin" fr0m customer service 3X . He told me someone would call me back by 3pm. Around 2pm I received a call from "Andrew" who told me that "the broker was unable to obtain the tickets" and that
I should go online to cancel the order. However, in the policy it says a 45% restocking fee is charged for cancellations... I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. DON'T EVER TRUST TICKETSMYWAY.COM...
