I bought tickets for a John Mayer concert on march 18 and payed 25$ for express shipment to Leadville, Co. On Monday marach 22, a day before the concert I had still not received the tickets so I called Fedex and was told that they had just received the tickets from TicketTango on march 22 and would ship overnight to arrive on the 23 or day of the concert. I called TicketTango and asked why the tickets were not forwarded to FEDEX on the 19 and was told by a nasty person that they usually ship the next day BUT they don"t have to-- a classic catch 22-- So I paid 25 $ for express delivery that wasn't express in any way but TicketTango does not feel liable. This is poor business practice and poor way to treat customers that just paid big bucks for concert tickets.
I will never buy tickets from TicketTango again
