having 27 bags of tide 20gm of rs 1.50 no damage claim has been made

respected sir,
I am wholeseller and deals with your products from many years. We are having a business with S.K.M ENTERPRISES, Deoghar (Jharkhand, India) as he is your agent of your company.I am having 27 bags of Tide20gm of m.r.p( rs 1.50) and complaining regarding this matter from 3 to 4 years to your sales represntative(Anil Mittal) but he is just giving me a false words that he is going to settle it soon but nothing has been done till date.I am regularly complaining regarding this matter since there was a take back order given by the company of this product because the m.r.p of rs 1 has came for the same product but nothing has done by them.Atlast I have talked to area incharge (Mithlesh Singh) but he has also not taken any step regarding this matter.
So with a great hope I am giving you this matter, so please do the following needs regarding this.
