I purchased an extended warrnty. Not thinking about future hazards like health failure or unemployment. Anyway I made auto payments thru my check card never had a claim until disaster struck. ruptured a disc in my spine spent a week in the hospital in terrible pain.No more work, no more income, probably will never drive again. Called US Fidelis after discharge from hospital informed them of my inability to pay due to medical and medical costs and that I wished to cancel the policy. They talked me into difering a payment and reduced the payment by a whoping 15 dollars and I believed I was led to believe that if I did not authorise another payment the policy would be canceled as I requested. Wrong they took out the next payment without consulting me and now I buy the meds I need help in my recovery. So I have to continue sufering in pain. When I called and again and complained about this I was informed that I have to phisicaly send them a writen cancelation notice to cancel out. I can not drive I am bedriden . They would not alow me to cancel by electronic means and forced me to close my bank account to stop their greedy policies. These people only care about taking your money and should have customer service department that could help a good customer for emergencies like this where I could cancel via Email/ In my opinion they're greedy crooks and imoral bussiness scammers.

This company is a SCAM. They take your money, make you wait for 3 months and 5000 miles. Then once you try to use the Warranty they make up excuses NOT TO PAY. Like Pre-Existing condition, or Not a covered part. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
