Robin recently scammed a seller from Georgia out of $9, 000 worth of bulldogs. She bought two pregnant bulldogs, stated they weren't pregnant, stopped payment on them, was refunded from paypal $9, 000. Then did she return them to the Georgia owner? NO, she's trying to pass them off as other dogs, and is trying to sell them! NO scrupples.
