This is a corr. between me and EA Sports where they actually state that their games do not support laptops, though this is not stated on any of their products.

Congratulations! You have successfully managed to rip me off 20 bucks and effectively destroyed my evening. I just bought Tiger Woods 2004 and the CD 1 is corrupt and refuses to function. My Toshiba Satellite Pro crashed 3 times and I have wasted a couple of hours trying it over and over again. I know that you dont give a shit about this and that you dont have any policy that gives me any right to ask for payback or files to be downloaded through the internet or any other convenient way for me to get the product i paid for, but that you will simply ask me to waste even more time by going back to the dealer to get another corrupt CD, though it really should be you wasting your time when you dont deliver. I bought in Poland, is this where you send all your malfunctional products?
Luckily, I found a cracked version on eDonkey,and not only on 2004 , but also 2006, so now I know where to go in the future to get EA games that works.

You may want to try uninstalling the game then try reinstalling it without applying any third party software or files then check if the issue still persists.

The product is not third party related. It was bought new, unsealed in the original EA packaging. The serial number is FGHZ-QG9Y-5AZU-KJAY-W7FA. The problem is that disc 1 does not open at all, so it cant be installed and therefore not uninstalled. It has nothing to do with this being a laptop, but it does not open on any CD Drive. The disc is corrupt.

Thank you for making it clear that EA games do not work with laptops. However, this is not stated anywhere on the product. My laptop fills all the requirements that are stated on the package. I find it quite serious that you withhold this information from the buyer until the sale has been made and you already have your money and refuse to pay back when it does not work.

Since you fail to solve this matter, please tell me how I am suppose to be paid back.
