BEWARE: Charged for item, never heard back from them
I bought a snowboard on tightboards.com which they claimed they had on discount. I never received an order confirmation via e-mail, my credit card was charged and I never got the board.
Calling this company was nearly impossible, their "customer service" is always busy, a recording always tells you you are "In queue 3 or 4" and after a minute prompts you to leave a message promising "someone will get back to you as soon as possible". I left several messages and never got a call back. I then opened a ticket on their website which supposedly has online help, of course it was "Offline"...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE- LOUSY COMPANY, FALSE DISCOUNT OFFERS!

Did not recieve product
DO NOT ORDER FROM TIGHT BOARDS

I ordered some bindings. I tried to cancel my order, but every time I called they said they are probably in the mail...

They charged my card as soon as I put the order in...BUT NO shipping confirmation.

I tried calling several times but it is impossible to talk to a customer representative...

The Union bindings I ordered were in stock in the website, but apparently they had to order them directly from Union.

I will never order from tightboards.com

I suggest ordering from the-house.com and dogfunk.com(After submitting my order I recieved a confirmation email) ON the same day or the next I recieved shipping confirmation email

Didn't get product
I ordered 2 pairs of snowboarding socks on 11/20/2008 for my boyfriends Christmas present. I received an e-mail on 12/1/08 saying that 1 of the pairs had been shipped and one hadn't but they would give me store credit for it. I don't want store credit!! I would never order from them again. Why did it take 10 days to get the order shipped anyhow. Any other place has it shipping the next day. Also how about refunding me for the shipping and handling I was charged for that other pair of socks. No one will return my call and you can never get ahold of anyone.

Never shipped!
Ordered a NS Titan 164 on 1/24, get a call from a customer service rep 1/16 stating that it is out of stock. She suggests store credit + 20% discount on anything. I tell her I want a refund, she tells me it will take 30 days and asks if I want the store credit again, I repeated that I wanted refund. Inventory excuses are not good enough, computers can count just as well as they can charge your credit card immediately.

Couldn't cancel order!
Ordered dec. 15, told it would be here by xmas, wasn't. called to cancel order, wouldn't let me, one item arrived -very inferior quality, 2nd item hasn't arrived it is now 11 Jan. 08. Bad company for sure!!!

Order not received, credit card charged!
Ordered xmas items for my son well before xmas with 3 days shipping. All items listed as in stock. The order has never been received and my credit card was charged for the full amount. Attempts to contact by email are useless - you'll get an automated response and no follow up. Attempts to call by phone are either no answer or busy. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back and will never order from tightboards.com again. Save yourself the aggravation - do not order from tightboards.com.

order not received
Placed order on Dec. 1. They charged my credit card immediately but still one month later have not received a thing. When I check statis of my order it says not shipped yet but does not tell me why. Have tried emailing their supposed "customer service" and get only an automated response that says they will get back to me within 24-48 hours. Have tried to phone for weeks but can been able to get through to anyone , all I get is "that extention is not answering". And their online customer service is always offline. This was supposed to be a Xmas present for my son. This is a very, very bad company to deal with.

Vad service!
Ordered 1 hat, 1 shirt. Received order only 4 days after placing online, however, they forgot the hat. Have not yet been able to contact customer service. Also, the online tracking doesn't seem to be reading anything, been stuck at "electronic shipping info received" since day 1.

Read many bad things about tightboards.com online...

Terrible service!
I ordered on line on 12-11-07. Still haven't got package e-mailed them twice and called dozen of times. Bad company to try and do service with!!!

Product never shipped!
The company cashed my credit card payment immediately, before leaving me stranded without my order for over 3 1/2 weeks now. Customer service are unavailable by phone lines (constantly engaged or automated response) online assistant promised 48h shipping after 10 days wait before admitting 3 days later that 1 of the items was out of stock and that I should order something else (no refund!). 7 days later, no answer, no shipping and a customer service one has to waste 2 hours (literally) to reach. Very dodgy operation.
