Its 15 days after that my problem is not solved and now very angry to their customer service

I paid advance rent for 6 months for my net connection. and suddenly my net disconnected and i come to find the problem of disconnection is no payment. i complain that in the company to resolve my problem because its still 4 months advance payment left and after 15 days the problem is not resolving. i daily called in company but from the first day of my complain (18/07/2010) they always told me that within 24 hours your problem will be solved. Its 15 days after that my problem is not solved and now very angry to their customer service.

WORST TO WORST SPEED & SERVICE

I Request you to please refund my cash & take back your line

i applied this tikona line last 5 days before plan is 799 monthly & speed 750 kbps

But every day i have to do complain regarding this speed issue that its running below 100 to 56 kbps speed .

Even the first page of GOOGLE it will take 3 to 4 minute time.

your tikona page for logging it will take 30 to 45 minutes time.

The whole day i can able to browse only 1 hour & rest of the time only retrive your connections only, disable then enable the network

Graet service from your tikona.i did 4 to 5 complain regarding this issue but still that i have not recieved any sms complaint number & not solved this issue also.

please return my money & take back your line.

otherwise i have to go for consumer court & complaint to telecom regulatery govt dept .
