I hired Tilton to tint two windows on my truck, i have used him on 3 other cars and had a great job done. This time, I guess he was having a bad day. First the drivers door had two dog hairs in the film, Could the hairs come from the hudge black dog in the shop area? After he replaced that side i went home. I should have checked other side first, but i figured he would. Needless to say it had 5 dog hairs under the tint and on way back to his shop i noticed a peice of dirt right smack in the middle of drivers side again under the film. If you know tint first time i rolled down the window it would tear. At his shop i commented " I guess i am jinkeds today" and showed him the dirt. I have said nothing else, and Wham! He starts fussing at me telling me i am being to picky and he rather tear off the tint and refund my cash. I was shocked to say and agreed. He tore off the film handed me my money and told me to drive around back to remove the glue from window. Needless to say i ran like hell. He scared the crap out of me. So if you use him pray for a good job, which He has always did for me, till today. And if its messed up just run dont say a thing, go some where else and get it fixed.
