Tim Bruss knock on my door, told me that I could get a "free" roof from my insurance. Too good to be true, but it turn out yes my insurance paid for a new roof less deductible. Everything was fine and dandy until my new roof leaks. I have been trying to call Tim but was not successful in reaching him. After a six weeks, his phone was disconnected and the office phone suspended. There was a permit pulled, but the builder was never paid for his work on my house. I call the state LLR and they directed me to the local sheriff department. This is not good. I found out that he was using a builders license illegally and if facing criminal charges. Tim seem to me to be such a nice boy, but look can be misjudge. He chases storms, and is from another state. Well I never got my roof fix and I had to come out of pocket $300.00 for a local roofer to do the repair. I still have interior damages, but the leak is gone. I just want everyone to know that before you hire a roofer, ask for credential, make sure they are local, not just the company but the employee too. Also, do a google search. If i did I would never let this boy on my roof.
I guess when people already have your money, they turn their back on you. Shame on me.
