Almost daily before heading to work I stop by the Tim Hortons closest to my office. I have had minor issues in the past which I never complain about such as ex large cups of coffee only filled 3/4 of the way, over cooked pastries, not adding sleeves to hot beverages and so on..
This morning I had ordered a large steaped tea, and I usually ask for 2 milk and 2 sugar, along with a danish and then having a soar throat today I asked if I could get two honeys on the side.. which I usually add to my tea (and one for my throat). Since when is charging for honey necessary when you order a hot tea??! I have asked for two in the past and it has never been a problem. I am very disappointed in the lack of service at this Tim Hortons (Burrard St., Vancouver, BC). I find that customer service is lacking at this location compared to others and I may have to start walked further in the mornings to travel to a new location with better service, or take 5 steps the opposite direction and get my breakfast tea/coffee at McDonalds.
