I purchased a male Boxer puppy from Cedar Creek Kennels on May12. The pup was 9 wks old when we picked him up. That was Wednesday and we had to put the pup to sleep on Sunday morning, 4 days later. The vet tested him and he had Parvo. I have emailed Mr. Smith twice but he would not return my emails. I contacted the local animal control office and they went and spoke to him today, May 18. He told them he had received my emails. They inspected his kennel and found no sick dogs or any violations. Our puppy had 4 siblings I believe and there is no doubt they will all have parvo as well, or a very good chance of it. Animal control told me they have recieved several complaints about this kennel in the past. I realize that parvo can pop up but I find it odd that Mr. Smith will not contact me back. One could assume he is avoiding me for a reason. I was unable to get into my vet within 48 hrs like his warranty says. He has blown off other complaints as animal rights wacko's. I am a man that just wanted a puppy to be part of our family. Not to breed, not to resale. A family pet.
