The owners, especially Rich, is on your back constantly -- if you're getting a cup of coffee and Danish, he's right beside you cleaning up and sending a clear message that you don't DARE drop a single crumb. Rich is constantly asking if you need anything if you help yourself to a second cup of coffee -- telling you in his actions that he'd rather you NOT get a second cup. He makes you feel totally uncomfortable and just won't let you relax - which is why we came! He'll spy on you while you're reading in the lounge, and having a beverage while reading...then he'll come around again and inspect the area, and straighten up the already perfectly lined-up magazines. He'll get upset if you ask for an ironing board, and grudgingly get it for you. Then he'll come up to your room after the you and the maid have left and take it back!! Don't dare use the ironing board a second time! He'll ask why you left the phone off the hook in the morning to get some peace and quiet. HE'S SO ANAL!!! My husband said "good morning" to him on our very first day, and Rich just looked at him and said, "I have an arm full of towels, excuse me." I guess we should have known better than to say "good morning."
Both owners are COLD, unfriendly and downright rude. Unbelievable!!! We are so quiet, but the guy has nothing else better to do than harass his customers! We'll never go back again!!
