maiitainace is realy bad, office people need to be more organized . moved in last febuary heat went out 3 times so I gave up and it turned to summer, summer a/c went out called 3 or 4 times, finaly they brought a small window unit and said waiting on a part well it was never fixed. again this winter have called 3 times to fix heat so they bring 2 small space heaters and said they would fix it again, and again we wait. I have a 3 yr old here they know it but still no heat. swimming pool big and beautifull was not opened until aug so much for the summer. had i bathroom fire my fault, waited 3 weeks to get someone here for fire damages, after we had carpet cleaned walls washed, then they sent out professinols billed for 1999.00. after we had cleaned it. billed us for 370. for fixtures the were damaged in the fire. this was in june we had no use of that bath room until november, no sink or toilet ect. and our lease was up jan 31st. we told them jan 13th we were moving out feb 1st, well they said we would need to give a 60 day not 30 day notice and since we went on the 13th of jan, we have to pay feb and 13 days of at 635. plus 100 for no contract since it ended jan 31sr. our contrct rent was 535, so they are chargeing 200. more for feb and almost 400 for march. help can they do this and if so shame on them. beautifull big apartments with out proper manegaement and maintance makes it an alfull place to live
