I purchased a car from this company in Jan of 2004. My car payments are $370.00 a month and there has literally not been a single month that I have paid on this car and actually had it run correctly.
When I bought it they gave me a three week warranty, within the first three weeks of owning it I had a local company (Auto Inspector) check out the car for anything and everything that could be wrong. They gave me a list that estimated about $1, 100 worth in work that needed to be done in order for this car to even pass inspection. I took this report to the dealership (who kept the list and 'lost it') to have them assure me that they sold me a good car and that the Auto Inspector lied to me about all the things that were wrong in order to make money off of me.
Auto Inspector did not lie. The check engine light has been on ever since I bought it, my brakes are going out, there is a short in the electrical system and it is draining the battery, the car will not even start without a jump, and the list goes on. I do not feel like I should have to pay for a car that cant get me from point A to point B.
I don't know if there is anything that I can do at this point, however I know without a doubt that the dealership knew of all the problems and misled me in order to make the sale. Every single time I have taken it to the dealership to get something fixed, something else goes wrong. I feel like this is on purpose as well. I am extremely unhappy with my car and I want nothing more then to get out of the note, however I do not want to ruin my credit.
