I spent ALOT of money with this company. I puchased a watch 3 years ago and I absolutley, love it! Well, 1 year later, regretfully, I lost it. I saved my money for 1 whole year, and as a "goal" I wanted to buy the same exact watch. Well I DID. In November 2008. I also, spent much additional, for the matching "LADIES" watch, for my girlfriend. I gave it to her at Christmas . She was surprised, but she liked a different one offered at the same company, same price, just a different style. MY COMPLAINT IS: The " said" policy states, 30 day exchange policy. The company will not call me back to help me in any way. It upsets me, because I can't wear mind without hurting her feelings. All I want is to echange it and help with assisting me with "how to do it"? Please anyone, can you help me?
