My 1501 channel is not functioning.

I have been trying to pay my cable bill via the 1501 Channel, for the last 4 days, despite
numerous attempts, no dice. Up until this month I have had no problem paying in this
manner . I do not wish to revert to paypal or some such agency to do so. So if you would rather
wait for your payment which as you will note, upon a review of my account has not varied
more than 2 days after due date.

Unsatisfied
I ordered time Warner Cable about a year ago they advertised all this great stuff on the tv about free on demand free hdtv and free movies on demand so I figured what a great deal for my family to get a bundle with all this great stuff well for the past year no on demand no free hdtv and no free movies cause it never works and i have called several times they have even came to the house but it trouble at the companies side they always say that they are upgrading even the tech that came to the house said that they really don't offer it they just say that to have you to contract with them! That is a complete rip off! They aren't honoring what they say that they will when you purchase the cable, but they are quick to send you a bill with all the free stuff on there i mean i know it is free but my whole reason to get it was because it said all this stuff came with the package. I am very unsatisfied with the company!!! they always have excuses and don't honor what they say! Can they get away with this???

increase in monthly payment
On 8-11-08, I purchased a monthly package including basic cable for $7.08, Road Runner Lite for $29.95, and Digital Phone for $19.95. I was told my monthly bill would be $60.25 for the first year. Although I don't have a contract, my introductory rate for my internet service would not change for the first year. I've had Time Warner for 3 months and the cost of the Road Runner Lite has gone up $3.00. I called and talk to a Ms Robinson, and she said everyones went up. I know that can't be true so now I have 2 employees being dishonest to me. On the bottom of the bill it states: Effective with your current bill, the monthly rate for your internet service will increase $3.00 per month. If you are currently receiving an introductory rate for your internet service, the adjustment will be applied at the end of your promotional period. I am receiving the introductory rate. My increase should start after 8-11-09. Their are too many internet providers that will give me the same kind of services and they will be honest with me.

Horrible customer service
Time Warner Cable takes advantage of the fact that they basically have a monopoly in NYC and they provide a horrible customer service. I had an appointment to have cable installed and they never showed up, when I called they told me that I had called to change the appointment but I NEVER CALLED. They hanged up on me, put me on hold for over half an hour to speak to a Supervisor. At the end, they said that since it was on their record that I had called, they could not do anything. This implies that their systems are bad or someone is changing the appointments without specific authorization which means that they are breaching privacy and confidentiality agreements. I cancelled the service all together, for the time being, I rather not have cable than give my money to Time Warner.

TV cable reception
For the last three months, channel 3, which is WRAL TV local, has been intermittent. Fuzzed out, herringboned (off frequency).
This is on analog cable, and it is on this channel only. They admit they have a problem, but they won't fix it.
To watch programs on this CBS affiliate, I must disconnect cable and watch via an antannae. I think they have a problem in the frequency lockup for this station, or their digital to analog converter is bad. Whatever, they are ignoring this problem!

Charged for Digital box that I turned in at the Site
I moved from the above address and five days after I moved, I gathered my DVR and Digital box (total of two items) and went to Time Warner and noticed a long line in the lobby. So I dropped them in the "convenient" drop box right outside the doors that they have provided, and wrapped each one in bubble packaging that was provided at the drop box.
I called to make sure my balance is what was expected (one month), and the lady said I didn't turn in the router box, AND the digital box. Well I told her that I forgot the little router box, but I was 100% sure I dropped the digial box, since I only have one bedroom and I returned both boxes (living room and bedroom). She said that she would adjust the records. I went to drop the router the same way, but there was no crowd and the customer service lady told me to come inside instead if I wanted a "reciept", I didn't really care about a reciept, but I went in anyway. I got a receipt for turning in that item, but she still showed no digital box was turned in, I tried my best to convince her that I turned it in. She basically told me that I shouldn't have used the drop box and should have come inside instead so that there would be a record. I didn't think there was a risk in dropping it a box that they provided for that purpose. They are still waiting for me to pay and are hounding me by phone to pay for something I have already turned in. How can an individual go up against a big corporation who doesn't belief they have the capacity to make scanning, or data input mistakes? Or even to have a check for dishonest employees?
REALLY feel powerless and used. Totally Taken.

Credit for missing service
I have not received NBC (channel 9) for the past 2 weeks. I understand there are negotiations ongoing between the local NBC affiliate and TWC; however, I am not receiving the programming I am paying for through Time Warner. I expected a credit on my bill for this lost service, but there wasn't one. I anticipate seeing a credit amount posting to my next bill, or I will have to look into obtaining service through Dish or one of the other providers that does carry NBC.

Awful company
I have had time warner cable for less than a year, and twice my cable has gone out for the day. Both times this has happen on Mon. night football, Angles playoffs, and Pres. debates. The lack of service is one thing, but the lack of communication and lack of answers they provide are insulting. After being on hold for 25min. I drove down to the orange county office while still on hold and know one has any answers for me. The customer service is horrible. I was told a supervisor would contact me but no one ever called to let me know what was wrong with the service in my area.

Selling off phone numbers
I decided to get the time warner 3 service deal, that being, internet, cable TV and digital phone...they came, hooked me all up...within 24 hours I was getting solicitation phone calls for some magazine deal, some clearing house crap and some other thing I had supposedly won, , , , I asked the girl how she got my name and phone number, she said from a telephone number broker...Time warner sells off your phone numbers to these telemarketers...I was pissed...so...thanks to time warner, I am going to cancel all my services with Time warner...I should have never left dish network
