email me at [email protected] if you have any answers thank you does anyone know how movies can be put on my bill that was not ordered this has happened to me almost every month since i moved into my house i have lowered my movie limit to zero and set up pin numbers no one else knows but me some of the charges were at times no one was home the movies are only x rated movies that are being ordered i have fought with time warrener every month about this the latest charge was a x rated movie that was suppose to be ordered on thanksgiving night at which was a time that my family was here with small kids and it was suppose to been ordered from the dvr box in the living room and they said it was fast forwar and rewound a number of times i know for a fact that at that time we were playin bowling on the nintendo wii for hours and never watched tv i know we didnt order the movies tw says we did and i asked them if any one called and gave the pin number to autorize these movies they said no so how can these movies been ordered and charged to my bill without autorization. please help i am really wanting to get to the bottom of this. you can
