order not recieved but somehow returned
I ordered one of the huge cd sets that TimeLife frequently advertises on their infomercials. I had easy pay set up meaning that they would take 4 installements from my account to pay for the order. I watched my account to make sure they were taking what they were supposed to. When the 4th installement was taken I assumed the order would be shipped so I waited...and waited...and waited. I sent them an email last week telling them I had never received the order. I got a postcard in the mail 4 days laters saying that since I had returned my order and it was past the 90 days stated in their policy for returns, they couldn't give me a refund but would gladly exchange for something else. I did not return the order - I never received it and even worse, when I called them, they said there was nothing they could do. I was charged $120 for a cd set that I did not receive and there is nothing they can do!!!

slow shipping
Bought the Time Life Flower Power 10 CD set. Everytime I called to see why hadn't received it yet, was told more time needed than originally stated. Person previously shouldn't have told me so soon.
Kept blaming last person I talked to. Finally cancelled order, got money back, and two days later guess what I got in the mail. Yep, here they were. I did send them back, and I wouldn't be surprised if I got another refund again. Went and ordered them off of Amazon. They were cheaper and got them in less than a week.
