stolen credit card number/fradulent charges
I ordered A watch online from Timepieces international. They sent me a different color watch that I ordered. When I called they told me the whatch in the color I wanted no longer available. I put the charges on my amex card, which one I never use, this was the first charge I put on this card this year. A month later a numerous attemt to charge my card was made and I was alerted by the credit card company.

wont refund
sent me wrong watch because they dont have the right one in stock, now want me to send back registered mail for 20.00. I sent back and waited for refund, telling them on phone i wanted refund and also writing on copy of invoice in packaging i wanted a refund. 2 weeks later i get an email saying my watch has been sent to me.guess what? same wrong watch. now they want me to send back again and say they will not credit me the orig shipping cost because they dont refund that. i guess i have to go through my credit card company. do yourself a favor, buy a casio g-shock. i'm out 40 dollars and all my wasted time.

Nice customer service reps, but HORRIBLE customer service
Customers beware! This company has the nicest customer service reps on earth, and it's really frustrating to be upset with the company, and hard not to take it out on these nice people that answer the phones.
I also had problems getting through to their customer service line, so I called the toll-free order number to get the status of my order each time. The customer service line is either busy, or rings through to a voice mail system, stating that their normal office hours are "x to x" - odd thing was, I was calling between "x and x".
Anyway, I ordered two watches from them in mid-August of 2008. I called the mid-September to check the status, and was told that there had been a two to three week delay, but that the watches would ship early in the 2nd week of October and I should have them no later than the beginning of the following week.
No watches arrived, so I called back at the end of that week, and was told again, two week delay. Annoyed, but ok - I know these come in from out of the country and that shipping internationally can be problematic at times. So two more weeks go by, and I called to check the status of the order, and was told (again) that there was yet another two to three week delay. I cancelled the order.
I've had this same problem with them in the past - I've ordered at least six watches from this company over the years - some for myself, others as gifts. They really are well-made timepieces, and very nice - if you can get them.
At least some proactive customer service would be helpful. Why am I having to call them to get the order status? How hard is it to send out an email to everyone who has ordered "x" model, and tell them there's been a delay? Fortunately, they won't charge your card until they ship the merchandise, so at least you don't have to fight that battle.
It's a shame, really - they seem to focus more on advertising and selling their products than they do on the fulfillment of their orders. Never again - there are plenty of companies out there that sell watches - no need to continue dealing with this company.
The ones I really feel for are the reps on their customer service/order desk - those poor folks must suffer a LOT of abuse from angry customers.
Next stop - Better Business Bureau of Miami...

Never got my order
The " Timespieces International" is the last company you want to order from. I ordered a watch 7 weeks ago first it was 2 weeks then they where hold up by costumes then they are in Florida not shipped jet but 2 weeks later I still don't have the watch. They feed you a line of BS if you call and complain to their Costumer Service if there is such a thing at all.
I never will order from that company again they do not care about the costumer at all.

Terrible experience
I ordered in the catalog of the company " Timespieces International" two pair of watch-"Daniel Steiger Sienna Midnight" for my Husband and myself for our 39thmarriage anniversary in early days of February/ 2008. My Id. code for this catalog is E2100A. I was told that shipping takes approximately 28 days., because the company in UK. The order will be in the middle of march. I agreed, paid by credit card and began to wait. But my order did not come neither in march nor later in april. When at last in the late days of april I called them and asked the representative -her name is Tanya - about my order, she said that they don't have one of the item in their warehouse; do I want to receive one watch? I explained that the main goal of my order to have two watch both together Men and Ladys exactly what I saw in their catalog. They promised to send it to me as soon as they will receive another item.
The order came in the 16th of June and instead of two watch came only one item - Men watch. I called to the customer service and asked where is another item for Lady? The representative told me that it is out of stock right now and they will send it to me later. When I asked them why they did not tell me before, I did not receive the answer. I said that i don't want one pair of watch and want to return them back. In the policy of the company I have 30 days for returning.
The problem is they do not want to pay for the returning shipping explain that everything OK with the watch. When I tried to explain that I needed two watch on time and now after waiting so long to receive only one pair without explanation. I don't want their service any more. They pretended that this is my fault and refuse to send me shipping barcode. Please help, what do i have to do?

Incompetent company, customer service on all levels is frustrating and ineffective!
I ordered a watch for my wife as a Christmas present on the 22nd of November. Attempted multiple times to call the customer service number after 10 days, but it was always busy, day after day. Finally, they responded to an email, stating that the watch had been shipped. 2 Weeks later I went through the same process, emails, phone calls, nothing. I finally got through on the Customer service line, only to find out the watch was never shipped. My watch was no longer in stock. They offered to send out another watch Next day FEDEX. I accepted. 4 days later I received the watch, only to find out that it is the wrong item. It's a men's watch, right next to the packing list describing the original womens watch I ordered. Do not use this company. They are incompetent, and their customer service on all levels is frustrating and ineffective.
