I had booked 7 baggages for transport from Bangalore to Bokaro Steel
City on 25 Apr 10. After calling and following up with them everyday, my luggage
was delivered on 9th May 10, but to my shock, one of my suitcases was
exchanged with someone elses' and I did not get my suitcase. After
following up with them, it was identified that because of their
mistake in Calcutta, my suitcase was exchanged. It has been over a
month now but still I have not got my suitcase. Everyday I call them
up and they dont even bother to receive my calls. If at all they
receive, they say it would be delivered in 1-2 days. It has been a
month since I am hearing this but still I have not got my suitcase.
The experience has been awful.
I had paid 10350 for this shifting (without insurance). Please help as to how can I get my luggage back and what should be my next step. I have already sent a mail to them regarding this and have also given this feedback on their site.
Please tell me what to do. Can I lodge an FIR and will it be of any help?
