I purchased a claimed electronic torch on the website [ Ticket Number: SHOP-254292 ] and on delivery the material was fully damaged and not in working condition. On contacting the Indiatimes services there were evasive replies only. The consignment did not have a bill or maker's mark even. After 2 months and repeated mails i got a mail explaining a procedure for claiming refund. Even after one month of following those procedures there is no response from the site. The site is a fraud!
