theft
We started our mess with this company on 9/7 of last year (2010), paying them $1950 and then we would return the "deed document", and things would start rolling...it is now March, we have heard nothing, all documents are in, I even expedited the estoppel letter being sent to them...they have all documentation needed...AM I GETTING SCREWED? DID MY TIMESHARE JUST GET STOLEN? NO ONE AT TIMESHARE SELL NOW WILL TAKE MY CALLS OR EMAILS, AND I AM TERRIFIED...WE NEEDED THIS MONEY SO BAD...WE HAD NO IDEA WE WERE BEING SO STUPID

sale of time share
On May 14, 2010 I was contacted by Sandra Williams regarding selling my timeshare in Branson Mo. after determining a selling price, she called the next day for information and payment. This was stupidly given. The company would be sending a request to be signed to debit funds from the credit card and once that was rec'd back in their office a DCP packet would be sent. It needed to be returned as soon as possible to help expadite this sale. This was done and set back in June. In the mail I rec'd a questioneer from the Post Master General of North Carolina regarding the business practices of this company, and since at that time there was negative to report I stated that on the inquirey. When I contacted the company as to the status of sale, I was told that they hadn't rec'd DCP packet yet, this was on 6-23-10, so I copied and re-sent packet certified mail. This whole process was to take from 90-120 days. 7-15--10 spoke with yet another employee stating yes the finally got the paperwork, and said since the postmaster general's investigation their mail was being held and that created a delay. Today is January 6, 2011 and I am still dancing with this company. I have been in contact with them at least 2 times a week and they always have an excuse as to why there is a problem or delay, starting with resort hasn't gotten back to them with payoff amount to computers down and this or that employee no longer works here and shouldn't have said that to you, to just recently, that department is closed because of the holidays. Since January 3, 2011 I have been unable to speak to anyone at there office only able to leave messages or e-mails. I am always given a reason or excuse why things aren't progressing. IF this is a legitamate company someone would be doing their work and this would have been done 4 months ago.
