Called yet again by Michael at Timeshare Taskforce. Two calls actually - the second one after I hung up on the first. Phone(s): 561-243-1818 and 561-243-1410. Calls were virtually 5 seconds apart, so why the complete change in phone numbers?
Usual spiel: they'd help me "collect" what the resellers have scammed. They want money upfront because, to do so otherwise, would make them a collection agency. They also tried the pressure tactic of "when you dispute the charge with your credit card company, all the resellers will do is submit a copy of the contract you signed and your credit charge will be re-charged."
That's not really how it works. If there are multiple complaints against a company, even if you have little to no documentation (and, of course, haven't spent the past year disputing everything you bought), your credit card company will listen to you.
