Sell Timeshare
We registered our timeshare with ACE TIMESHARE SALES AND RENTALS on August eight 2010 we
spoke to a Jim Manning who alleged to be Advertising Manager for ace . We were'nt aware thst you shound'nt pay an up front fee. W paid 349.00 to Mr Manning and Ace timeshare Sales and Rentals .
I spoke to Mr. Manning several times discussing the terms of the contract . After numerous calls we
coulde'nt reach Mr. Manning . The receptionist kept saying he would call when Daytona Beach had the Motor cycle annual event. Suddenly Mr. Manning disappeared and Ace slowly went away.
No receptionist, eight hundred numbers cancelled . Another scam . These company always show with
another name . Never trust a company that ask for money to sell a timeshare. It's a scam.

Buying and Selling
People, please beware and investigate buying/selling a timeshare before it is too late. There are some good ones, and there are also the other ones. The timeshare may sound very good at the beginning but be a nightmare later on trying to divest of it (that's me). But it is my own fault. The trip was nice (no snow), warm beaches, good drinks, nice weather. Just that it created the mood to do it again. A few drinks and it looked very good. DUH!! Please research before tripping (literally) down that yellow brick road and then trying to sell when it does not fit you lifestyle. To all of you who enjoy the timeshare route, have successfully sold yours, or have resisted the pressure to buy, all the best. Thank you for your time.

FRUAD
TIMESHARES BY OWNER is the most Fruadulant and Misrepsentation company in the country, they buy lead sheets from the resorts (that was not to be relesed) and call the unexpected client and tell them there timeshare has a buyer or renter and can be sold or rented in less than 30 days they only have to put up $1, 295.00 or more for closing cost and that they will get this money back at closeing, That is a LIE and FRUAD and they do not have renters that will pay $5, 100.00 for special events, they just want the clients upfront Money and then your Agent can not be found, TSBO is a AD company and not a very good one at that, they will only put your AD on there web-site that nobody really see's anyway, There is no market for timeshares resale in this country at this time, TSBO is not a Real Estate co, and does not set up CLOSEING, If you are a consumer with a timeshare and have been approched by TSBO or you already gave your credit card call your bank and dispute the charge and file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General in Orlando, Economic Crimes Division, 407-999-5588, BEWARE OF TSBO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ARE TRAINED TO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN IF YOU WHERE LIED TO AND A MISREPSENTATION BY YOUR AGENT, Tell the Attorney General that you whant the Company Shut Down and the Owners and Managers Arrested.

Scamming
This firm A1marketing contacted us on February 24th of this year. They claimed to “have a buyer for our timeshare”. The buyer was willing to pay top dollar (almost $15, 000), and all we needed to do was pay $1250.00 for a “title search, document preparation, and closing fees”. We paid the $1, 250.00 and were told to expect the completed closing documents once the title search was done. We were told the buyer had already committed to the sale.
After waiting the 2 weeks and hearing nothing, we called A1 (several times until we were finally able to get someone on the phone) only to be told the buyer had backed out last minute. We were also told that our “title search” funds were non-refundable and they abruptly brushed us off. We realized at this point we had been taken. We have since been given the run around by A1 Marketing Representatives, and no sale or follow up whatsoever.
So we began to do some research on this firm and found many others on line who have had same or similar experiences with this same firm. It turns out this company was just incorporated 2 weeks before the call we received from them. We have also searched all the addresses on A1 Marketing were either private residences or mail boxes. After looking further we believe this firm was not even a licensed marketing firm in the state of Florida.
It appears (at least to us) that this is nothing more than a SCAM which takes advantage of people like us who wish they had never even bought a timeshare to begin with. To add insult to injury we are now scammed for another $1, 250.00 which we truly cannot afford in this economy. It is heartbreaking!
To whom it may concern,
Deanna

did not do anything they promised
I was told this company would sell my timeshare in as little as 6 months. I would be contacted with each offer. I took a chance and sent in the payment information. I never received anything else from them. It has been 4 months since they took my payment and I have yet to get anything from them. I have tried to file with my credit card and that has not worked either. I do not know where to turn now. I will never trust any company again to do something like this. It was a hard leason learned.
I have called the toll free number 5 times and no one answers or calls me back.!!!
Stay AWAY!!!

Bonus Time - NOT
When they offer their timeshares they promise you this grand picture of "Free Bonus Time" . In all the years I have had my timeshare I have been able to stay at a resort on Bonus Time once; they say you can stay at least once a month. Also, if they put you on the standby list, which they always do, they do not even call you to tell you if you cannot get bonus time. They just allow you to sit and wait for their call, instead of giving you the courtesy of a phone call to tell you nothing is available.
I requested bonus time last week and got a call today, was able to contact them in the afternoon, that I would stay at Holly Ranch for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; however, with their late contact I could not make arrangements for everyone to be taken care of for the time. I called Holly Ranch and told them of my problem and they said they could do nothing but mark me as a no show. They did not even attempt to help. I was told I could call Silverleaf Tuesday morning to see if my time had been given away.
Anyone want to buy a timeshare?
