i find myself facing jail time for tring to do the right thing and step up and be a father . i've been ordered to pay 500.00 a month in child support. while working part time because i wanted to whatch my daughter while her mother worked for ford motor company day shift. tonia young had a better job with insurance and was making 60 to 70 thousand a year . i wanted to work the oppasit shift as tonia for are daughter would have a relationship with her father and family . instead of having lacy go to day care whitch was tonia 65 year old mother . i had to hire an atterney, take tonia to court twice and spend thousands of dollars to whatch my own child. my motion stated that i wanted to pick lacy up at 8 am until tonia got home from work . i'm self employed and work from home so i could work from 4:00 pm until 11:00 pm and get some sleep . but tonia stood in front of amy hathaway and said if my mother can't watch lacy all the time she won't watch her none of the time. so amy hathaway ordered me to pick lacy up at 4:45 am . now for two years i only got 3 to 4 hours of sleep at a time. here tonia is making three times the money i' am and i have to pay her 500.00 a month . tonia never sent diapers, cloths, or food . tonia should of been paying me child support. what was i suppost to do let lacy sit in soiled diapers, no food, or cloths. the wayne county foc is no freind to any family i now of . they let the atterney's run the court room, s . when are the people of wayne county going to stand up and kick the ungodly lazy workes and judges to the curb . please feel free to email me at [email protected] this is just one of many problems i'm having with the foc TIMOTHY STOREMSKI
