I called this agency in order to obtain an address for making payments towards a debt that they are trying to collect. I was told that I could make a payment but the interest is still being applied (the original loan had the interest already added in) and my payment may not even go towards the debt. Then I was also informed that I would get no receipt for my payment or any verification of making the payment. Totally rude customer service people also.
