I Ordered a Nikon Coolpix L21 8MP Digital Camera from TIMTARA on 28th of Janurary and still i have not received

the delivery. When i tracked that through the site of TIMTARA, it says that "This order is marked as Shipped" (Order

#10010969). Then there was courier tracking information with it which says "The AWB number for this order is

6199754455 ". I tracked this with this AWB number with ARAMEX Site(http://www.aramex.com/), it is showing it

"Shipment Forwarded to Beyond Delivery Area" on 13th of janurary at DELHI. But it has not reached Rohtak yet. When

i contacted TIMTARA, they are saying everyday that it will reach today or tomorrow and when i am contacted

ARAMEX couriers then they are saying that they donot have their center in Rohtak, so they will be sending by some other

courier(Overnite).

But still its about 22 days already and i have not received it yet. But on the site they have written the status that Delivery

time will be 5-7 days. Why the hell you are writing that you will deliver in 5-7 days and making false excuses everyday that

it will reach. And why this ARAMEX couriers, who donot have their delivery center in Rohtak as taken this order for

Delivery if they have problem in delivering in Rohatk. Even TIMTARA is not bothering about it that if their courier service

does not deliver in some particular area then why the hell they have taken my order and my money was deducted on 28th

itself. At the time of payment they have taken it already and still not delivering.

I am very disappointed by this on the part of TIMTARA and will definately make no orders in Future from TIMTARA

and also will not use ARAMEX Couriers ever.
