Ordered (4)205/503ZR16 KU ECSSTA ASX tires. Tire Rack sent me (4)205/503R16 tires. Since these were not the tires I ordered, I refused the delivery from UPS and they were returned. Tire Rack is now trying to credit only $212.42 out of the $307.58 order. This was not my error, it was theirs. If there have been changes in the codes, my order form should have reflected that (which it does not.) The tires do NOT match what is on my car. I've called several times trying to explain this to them, and request my refund. They have refused to refund my money to date. We are even previous customers of theirs, but that doesn't seem to matter. I would suggest avoiding this company all together, not only do they ship the WRONG tires, they are making money off their customers that are returning incorrect merchandise!!!
Oh yeah, and when I told them I'd dispute the charge with my credit card company, I got accused of "threatening" them and told I was put on a "report". I percieve this as a threatening tone by TireRack...
