I bought 4 BF goodrich tires at Sams Club in 2008. Two tires are flat and I gave them to get it fixed on Aug 31 2009 at 12:30 noon. The repair agent gave estimated 1 hour time to get it fixed. It took more than 4 hours, the work is not done. The agent gives the reason as there are only two people to work on and is not sure when he can get it done.

This is very frustrating tire repair service as Sams Club, in Memphis TN zip 38125 with most undependable service.

Company as big as Sam's Club should be able to offer better service or just shut down the tire service center if they cannot maintain it.
