Hi,

I have invested RM8700 in TITAN group for the 1st down payment to book the kiddy ride product. Since there is no responsible to respond on when is the product will be delivered, thus, I purpose to cancel this investment. I have sent the cancellation letter to this company to cancel on this investment 2 months ago.

After do some research on the website, I found out got a lot of people also cheated by this company as most of the customers still haven't to get back the payment when they do for cancellation. When I go to this company office, they always give some excuse to delay the payment. For example, I have send the cancellation letter to the operation manager (which this is the irresponsible manager I ever seen), and he says he already received the mail and send to the finance dept. Since still no information, after one month I go back to the office to ask for the update, but the finance person in charge says that she not see the mail as she don't access to internet. You think people will believe on what she says is it?

Last few days I went back to the office, she says she already pass my case to their boss. When I asked for the payment date, she says she cannot tell and give a lot of nonsense like boss is outstation now, not sure when they coming back.

I am here to ask how to I get back the total investment money and since I pay via credit card, can someone advice how to sue this company to pay back the total interest charged by the bank for around 3 months? How much do I need to pay to lawyer for this case?
