On February 29th, 2011 my manufactured home caught fire due to an electrical short. Titan Restoration was recommended by my insurance company, so I went with their recommendation. During the past several months Titan ensured me that all the electrical work done on my home was up to code. Being an avionics electrician I understand the importance of pre and post electrical inspections. Titan recently made a visit to my home and told me they did not have an inspection done on any of the wiring in the house, that an inspection was not necessary. They are also telling me that any electrical issue’s with the house has nothing to do with their work. After much futile talking, I feel that Titan is not taking my concerns seriously. I am living in a home that continues to have electrical issues, specifically in the area where the fire first occurred.
Furthermore, Titan was hired to remove my personal property, have it cleaned, and then place the items back into my home where they were originally found. Many of my personal items, clothing, and furniture were not cleaned yet I was charged as such; my clothing still smells of smoke. Many of my personal items are also missing or broken. I have made a formal complaint to Titan, however, am being demeaned by this company.
