I, S.k.Krishna kumar residing at chennai purchased the watch during 2009, unfortunately the glass got broken.So when i gave it for service to change the glass they kept the watch for about 15 days & said that the particular models glass is not available at the factory itself.Hence I want to know why that particular brand was sold when u don't have the option of changing new spares or repairing it . Now i need a solution of repairing it, as the showroom people had told me that they can take the watch back & pay only 25% of the cost.I bought the watch for Rs.3500 but they pay me only 25% & if at all i give it for service & to change the glass it will cost me Rs.200.So I kindly request you to consider my complaint & do yhe needfull.

my name is prajeesh i am in Salem Tamilnadu.in 2oo9 Feb 24 one titan watch brought from Salem titan showroom . within three months the color ie-gold color of the watch was fade two times. i met dealer both times for rectification, dealer told to me it was happened unfortunately so we will send this to coimbatore for service .
the problem was repeated again, this time dealer told dont complaint to anywhere and it should not happen again but unfortunately same problem as came again my watch. we believing titan in wrist watch market from our child hood.here for your information i mentioned below the rate and bill no., dealer name. so i requesting to you take supportive action for me as early as possible.
