This Morning around 10am, I went to DMV Virginia at Arlington office to certify title and register for my Lexus RX 350 2008. I moved from North Bethesda, Maryland to Herndon, Virginia recently. I have to register my suv with Virginia. A dark lady speaking English with alient accent helped me at window 2 around 10am. She is extremely rude!

In the 'Title Certification and Registration' form, both signed by me and my wife. Unfortunately, on the original title, only my name shows. She rudely refused to do her work for me. I told her that I had to take a couple of hours off from work to get their service, and asked her to cross out my wife's name and then I can initiate it. She just simply said no to me. and then, her supervisor came, told me that I can't add my wife's name in this time because her name was not showing on original title, then I asked her supervisor if there is other options for me to get title certification and registration done today, her supervisor told me that they can cross out my wife's name on the form. What a simple step! Apperantly the lady who was serving me at window 2 doesn't know!

Under her supervisor's instruction, she started working on title certification and registration for me. But again, in a very very rude way.

Finally, I got title certified and registed in Virginia. What is really confused me is that if she doesn't like her job, why should unhappily sit on that position, while so many people outside stay unemployed! Looks like that she has not gotten enough training before she was placed on that position to service taxpayers and fellow citizens!
