This is one of the worst companies in Las Vegas! They offer a decent deal to thier customers with discount tickets, however you can get those same tickets for the same prices from at least 3 other places in town, and not be giving money to a company who treats it's employees with such disdain. They are discriminatory in thier hiring practices, just take a look at thier Sr. Managers (ALL WHITE WOMEN) they only promote illegal aliens as managers because they are willing to lie, cheat and steal to keep thier jobs. Take a look at thier "Sr. Top Dogs" they are all either old white women or gay men. The COO hates african americans because they "sound bad on the phone", consistantly talks about her sex life to employees (apparently she does not like giving it up to her husband, we think because she is giving it up to her assistant), she does not and can not have children, so whenever someone on staff gets pregnant, she does everything she can to get rid of them, even requiring them to have a Dr. give her proof that they can work (even though this is illegal) repeatedly. If the Dr. says you have to be able to take a drink of water, you are fired since they don't comply with FMLA. They force you to stand outside in the Las Vegas sun and cold. You are supposed to be rotated inside to keep you from getting sick, but they tell thier managers to only let the most experienced sellers stay inside, so if you are new, you can stand outside and get heat exhaustion (many have) because they do not know if you can sell yet and refuse to train you. This is only the begining of the issues with this company! If you can... STAY AWAY!
