I too am a long time tmobile customer. For the 2008 free companion ticket I was awarded 4 tickets 1 for each line I renewed. This was perfect because I was planning 2 trips and I knew I could use the tickets for me and my friends. However, I got nowhere on the tickets. Everytime I tried to book a flight it wasn't available. I contacted the company and they said they were ungrading the system and that I shouldn't have any more problems. Wrong! Still could not get any flights that I wanted. So I just start requesting any city I could everyday and nothing was ever available.

I renewed my lines with Tmobile because of this promotion and am sad to say they did not live up to what they promised. Tmobile will not take any blame they stated that it was the company they contracted with. That may be true but it you buy something expecting something in return the company should take some responsiblity for the compliance. Not only have I paid for all my trips the promotion is expired and you can't even get anyone on the phone.
