PENDING CHARGE ON MY DEBIT
I was checking my bank account and found a 15.99 charge pending from TLG Great Fun
and it was suppossed to be a free trial with no charge and in I day they charged me. I want
it removed and I'll never do anything with them again.FREE TRIAL???? It's a scam just
to get your money!!! It, s the princeable!!! I want that that charge removed!!!

Unauthorized Charges
This company offered discounts on Hotels and many other services for paying a one time fee of $1. I never received anything from them for paying this amount, then later I find out that they have been charging my credit card $16.99 a month for over a year!

Unauthorized Charge
Pending -$14.99 This was on my debit card transaction list today and I did not authorize this payment! How did they get my card number and how are they able to take money out of my account without my authorization? I went to the web site to see if my information was listed anywhere and got an error that the information could not be found or not available! I am extremely pissed that they could just take money out of my account without authorization!

Unathorized Charges
I guess I am another victim in this never ending scam. Another unauthorized charge to my debit card that they claim I authorized. I will be forwarding this complaint to the NC Attorney General's Office today. We will see what happens.

Taking money out of account
On Feb. 3, 2011 Great fun took the $19.99 out of my account. I then called and talked to a representative and she told me that since they had took the money that I need to try and find something on the website to get some benefits from it and to call back before next month to cancel. I then look at my statement again and on the 7th they are trying to take another $19.99 out of my account and this will make my account overdrawn. I do not have the money to keep paying them for nothing and I sure do not want 2 payments taken!Now I am upset! I am writing this to let them know and then I will be calling them when I get home!

Automatic deduction of $11.90 a month
My sister handles my affairs as I am over see's working for the army. I had paid all credit charges but this one I could not figure how it got there. My sister thought I had signed up for "something" which I never do, and when she called my credit unit they gave the company. Sis called someone she could now understand the language and the charges are to stop. I never received a brochure, note telling me of this service which is a scam. I want my money back from these scam artist, them put out of business and a scam alert be put out by the server they use, or the airline I travel with.

Charged me
I just noticed that TLG charged me two payments this month of 15.99 each. Who are they and who do we see about kicking butt and getting refunds? Anyonme know????? This is a criminal act if all of us are having the same thing happen to us. Anyone had a similar invident from "free shipping"? I can only think of one culprit, "Toys R Us". I bought some of my daughters Christmas there because I am unable to stand or walk for long periods. I did my Christmas shopping online and I have these two weird charges now! I hate Toys R Us. They do not even have wheelchairs at their stores.

Charged my credit card for over a year
Great Fun has charged my credit card 11.99/ month since May of 2009 for a total of $203. I never received any information from this company and when I called to cancel they informed me the only way to receive a refund was to request it in writing by fax to 1-800-964-8115 support services. There website is ALWAYS down.

Charges I can not stop
A chages from TLG Great Fun started showing up on my credit card bill, about a year ago. I have called, several times, and was promise they would stop charging this $14.99. I am still being charged this each month.
How do I stop this?

Charged a fee after I cancelled
It appears that I'm not the first, nor will I be the last, that TLG Great Fun rips off! I entered a NME Magazine exchange sweepstakes and was enrolled into several programs (Great Fun being one, ) automatically. A few days later, financial tragedies stuck and I wasn't able to complete the payment obligations.
NME, and the other companies, DID remove me from their billings. However, I just opened my Jan. credit card statement, and found a $14.99 debit for TLGShopper. I had no idea what this was until I did a little research online, and found that it is TLG Great Fun!
I cancelled Great Fun, online, the same day that I cancelled all the rest - or so I thought! This company is a total RIP-OFF, and I AM PISSED!!
