Unauthorized Charges
This is not the first run in with this 'company'. I have had this charge of $15.99 from this so called discount company canceled approx. 2 years ago! I just got off the phone with 'Casper' after being on hold for 30 mins. waiting. His English was VERY broken, they had my first name wrong (not even close), and the town we live in wasn't even close in name or area! We are only being re-embursed for 2 of the many payments they have taken out of our account. People like this need to be stopped!

Bad service
I have no idea who these people are, I contacted them last month when I noticed a 15.00 charge to my debit card. I`ve never received any notices or material in the mail about any membership. I checked my debit cards last 10 transactions and there was that 15.00 charge again. I told the representative of TLC Great Fun that I wanted to cancel the membership that I never signed up for. I was told that no more charges would be made to my card. well they lied. How can i get a full refund?

Never authorized this!!
I noticed on my card that TLG great Fun has been charging my account $ 12.99 a month and I have know idea what this is!! I never authorized this company TLG Great Fun to bill me. I have now looked through my statements on the credit card bills and see that they have been using/charging me since we got this credit card. WHat can I do?

Charging Credit Card
These people are charging peoples credit cards and nobody knows how they are getting their card #. This is a fraudulent company and stealing credit card #s. Something needs to be done about this.

Illegally taking money out of our bank account.
I have been noticing charges for about $15.00/month for about a year now being taking out automatically from our account.I have been disabled for 2 years and my husband out of work, I know we don't have any extracurricular accounts. We can't even pay our power bills. So I have been paying more attention to our accounts and we have also received "overdue bills" from these people. I kept throwing those bills away because it seemed bogus since we never heard of this company. After looking closer I know realize that those bogus bills and this money taken out of our account are of the same company. Now I am worried that those bogus overdue bills are perhaps in collection, which would make me more furious since they are taking money out of my account! My husband will definitely be putting stop payment on any further attempts to take money out of our account as well as check into our already poor credit report. What a pain! Who are these people? How did they get our account access?

Charges on my debit card
Today I noticed 14.99 was debited from my Florida Eppicard (child support payment) and decided to investigate. Come to my surprise when I made a purchase off of television Nov 2008 I was told that is when I was enrolled into this TLG Great Fun and my membership started. WTH...so the young lady advised me that she can send my 50.00 free gas card to me...Nope but I would like my money back due to I do not know who you guys are. She then advised she can put a request in to have my 14.99 refunded back to my card and cancel my membership. I advised she can cancel my membership but the the refund will be from when the amount was first deducted...314.79 is what is owed to me.

Fraudulent Charge
I just checked my credit card state ment and had a 149.00 fee on there for something I NEVER ordered. I called the company number that my credit card comapny had on file. 1.800.290.8630 and spoke to martin and he assured me that they would remove the charge and gave me a cancellation number. he said it would be credited on next billing cycle. we will see.
This is ridiculous that they can jsut charge you. He said it's becasue i received a check from "snuggie" and cashed it. Trust me- I DID NOT CASH A CHECK FROM SNUGGIE!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!

Unauthorized debt charge
TLG Great fun charged my debt card $11.99 for some odd reason. Not only did my card get charged $11.99 it also caused a over draft charge of $35.00. I dont know who this company is, what they do, or why I was charged to begin with.
I need to be reimbursed for these charges and keep this company from using my debt card number for anymore charges.
What do I need to do, get in touch with the State Attorney General and file a complaint, The better business bureau?
