This needs to be stopped. After reading a lot of the complaints and I am suffering the same problem, there must be something that we can send out to watch for. I never received anything from Great Fun and after calling them to cancel they wanted to send me four $10.00 certificates but I replied no three times until they finally gave me a cancellation number. I asked for the $11.99 to be refunded on my account and Rachel from Great Fun said that I should have it refunded on my account in 10 days. Believe you me, I will be checking my account from now on.

I booked a hotel through priceline.com in February, 2008 - after that time, I noticed on my credit card statement for the months of April, May and June a charge of $11.99 for TLG Great Fun. Each month, I advised my credit card company that I was disputing this transaction as I had never authorized this. I just recently received a response from my credit card company stating that they called TLG Great Fun and was advised that when we booked the hotel, it was part of that. Please be advised that this is a SCAM! This charge has never been authorized nor will it be in the past.

I do know that there are numerous complaints against this company for the same thing. I want this amount to be credited back to my card for all the months it has been charged, including any future dates that I will be charged.

Learned a hard lesson to scrutinize my credit card statement for diligently. These people have been charging $11.99 to my credit card for 9 months. They claim I signed up for a discount program. Would never have. Suspect it was tagged onto something I ordered on line. I most likely closed out of filling out the form when I realized what it was, but they somehow got my info anyway. Now they have me jumping through hoops trying to get it stopped and am fighting for refund with not much luck.

I didn't know how they were charging with out knowing to me from my credit card. This is is big scam company... Please take action against this company...

I just saw two charges for this TLG and do not know anything it could be. The latest two are on June 30, when I did not shop or leave the home.
