unauthorized charges on my credit card
this company keeps charging my credit card for over a year now for 11.99 monthly.
I even cancelt my card and got a new one.
They keep getting a hold of my credit card number. Last month they charged me twice for 11.99
I keep calling my bank to have the charges taken off my credit card.

Fraudulent charge
Charge appeared on my online statement- called the next day of business and inquired. I was informed that I had selected to participate in their program when I purchased tickets on AirTran Airlines. I am an A+ Rewards Member w/ this airline so my charge card was on file. I am out of the US abroad as my husband is Active Duty Military. That charge card has not been used in over 14 months so I informed the company that I had not authorized any charges on that card. I was told a refund would be sent to my account but nothing as of yet- I did report the situation to AirTran explaining that the use of their website opens their customers up to fraudulent charges being placed on their account. Buyers need to BE AWARE that purchasing or even accessing AirTran Airways website could result in the same situation occurring to them. The amount of my charge was $38.99

Bogus charges
An $11.99 charge was posted to our Visa, and I didn't recognize the company nor remembered any item that was purchased. When I called to negate the charge, I was told that the charge was for something I signed "Yes" to online. I am very careful not to do that because I'd been caught before, but must have done this with some internet purchase. The fast talking rep told me that the membership was good till July 11, 2010, so we shall see... Her last words were, " I will keep your account active." I said, "No!" as she hung up. I will call again to unsubscribe--will let you know how it goes.

Unauthorized Use of Credit
My elderly motherly signed up for Classmates.com and has been being charged $12.99 per month since October 2008 from TLG. She doesn't even use this service. It's a total fraud. She'll never see her money again. I hope there is someone out there that knows how to take down people like this!

I've been charged $18.99 for the passed 8 months from TLG great fun. I have idea who there are and what they do. I'm calling them monday morning and there are gona get a ear full.

unknown charges
I have been having 14.99 taken out of my account for 2 months now. I tried to call but all I get is recording. How do I get a hold of this company????? Can anyone help me???

Unauthorized charges
I requested to TLG Great Fun that the $11.99/mo. billing to my Visa account be stopped last June 2009, and it was not. I requested again a refund/credit for services I did not authorize, and no credit has been issued. I have no choice but to file a complaint with my local County Attorney and the Texas Attorney General's Office. Below is the fax which I was requested to send for full refund. That refund or any kind of reply has not come. I am therefore filing a disbute with Visa on the charges.

Charged bank account without permission
My bank account had a charge of $14.99 this week from TLG*GreatFN5866. We thought it was from a scam my husband had gotten mixed up in a couple of months ago but had gotten canceled...we thought. He went to the bank to get this charge reversed and turns out they had used my check card number. How in the world they got it we have no idea. The bank called the company and they tried to explain to my husband how much he would get with their service...blah, blah, blah! He said "no way" and dont charge us anymore. The bank told us the company had done a fraudulent act by charging our accout after we had the service canceled. I'm very concerned about how they got my card number. I don't give it to just anybody and online only use reputable companies. Be careful and watch yor bank statement every month. These are very sneaky and unscrupluous people. I'm going to turn them into the BBB.

Withdrew money from my account
I was perusing my statement online and noticed that I had a $12.99 charge ono 8 April 2010. I looked up the company and saw all of these complaints. One of the other complaints mentioned classmates.com and I canceled my membership there weeks ago. There should be better notifications of possible "add-on" when using Classmates.com. I try to be cautions and only use https sites and pay all bills online. I am unemployed and don't need unpleasant surprised like this one. I will call the Service number and as for refund and an email to place a complaint with the supervision.
