TLG Great Fun charged my debit account $38.99 for unknown reasons.

I am lucker than some of the complaints I found out right away but I was charged 11.99 for something I didn't sign up for. When I called to ask how I signed up and cancel. The lady tells me that I pressed the submit on priceline.com when I know I didn't. I asked her if I was automatically signed up for it by using priceline she told me no. I don't know how it happened but told her I didn't want this and to cancel it, she proceeded to try and sell me another membership, I told her I don't want it and I want my money back, she says I will get a refund and that she will cancel me, I got a confirmation number and if I don't see it soon I will be calling back.

They charged me $149.99 and, after researching it for quite some time, I found out it charged on the same day they charged my new Snuggie. Apparently, Snuggie and some other companies are scamming people by using a Fine Print scam. On the back it says something about the rebate and it would charge $150. I called Great Fun and got on the phone with someone named Bill. This "Bill" said that they would refund me within 10-15 business days. 15 days later, I get charged $11 by the same company I called them again and got someone named "Isaac." I started giving them the riot act and reported fraud. Snuggie and other companies are doing this. Don't buy from infomercials. Apparently, they do it to pay for the cost of the second free thing they gave you. A few days later, I went to WallGreens and saw a Snuggie for $15 and I bought mine from the infomercial for $27. The infomercial said it was the cheapest you could buy. Moral of this story, DO NOT BUY FROM INFOMERCIALS! IT'S BEEN LIKE 3 MONTHS AND I HAVEN'T GOTTEN BACK MY REFUND.

over the last 2 months i've been charged $11.99 to my credit card. i never recieved anything or signed up for this. how is this company in business?

I just realized that I too had been charged a monthly fee of $12.99 for which I did not authorize. I called 800-290-8603 and they quickly cancelled my "membership". I insisted that I get refunded for the amount that was taken from my account. Another person was contacted who said that they are only authorized to go two months back. I said that I wanted to speak to his supervisor and an individual named Robert Lee, employee number 34143, said that he would provide a full refund that would be realized in my bank account within 7 days. Thanks to the previous complaint from a lawyer, I followed his lead and hopefully acheived the same result. It remains to be seen if they actually do provide the refund.
