Scam and theft
I had a call from a company stating they could give me a loan, so they asked for personal details including my bank details, but said that no money would be taken from my account until i got the paperwork throgh about the loan i was supposidly getting and i returned them, they said that when i returned them then they would take the fee of £49.99 from my account and then i would recieve my loan, i checked my statement to see that tlg loans had taken this fee from my account on the 23/5/09 but i had not recieved the paperwork they said they were sending, and until this day, i have tried contacting them but the numbers i call say they are no longer in use. this is fraud and i want my money back.

Scam and lies
Like the stories i have read. I to am a victim to this loan company, TLG loans.. I applyed for a loan on line to clear my debts and have a fresh start. This company got in touch with me and said they could help. They said I have been approved which I was happy about. They took my bank details to verify who i was and sent me a form to return and sign. There was no mention of any charges and to my disgust they took out 199 pounds which they said was an arrangment fee. They took this out before i received the letter which stated they require an up front payment. I called them and challenged them about this but they said they couldnt refund the money. I mean come on would anyone pay £200 for something they might not get. I wouldnt!! Thats why they took it anyway. Now their number has been 'dis-conected' funny that.. i want and will get my money back. someone help me!!

Unauthorized charges
I have never heard of TLG loans I have applied for a loan and after applying. I had loads of calls from different companies then I changed my mind I didn't want a loan that was about 6 weeks ago. On the 29 may 09 I had £99.99 debited from my account which was not authorised and I want it back I need that money surely if they know you need money why would they take such large amounts out of your account thats why you apply for a loan in the first place.

Bloody thieves
I got a text message to say that my loan was being processed and to call the number in the message. I spoke to a man who went through an application with me (after i asked if there were any upfront fees and his reply was no) He then said he would pass me over to an admin team that will go through all the repayments with me. I was asked for my bank card details so that they could do a check. At this stage i asked if money was being taken and he replyed no. I was so pleased i had been accepted for a loan i thought it is too good to be true and it was. They had debited my card with £49.99. I cancelled my card incase they were going to try their luck for more. I then telephoned them but no one would speak to me just kept hanging up. I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT. JUST DONT BE TEMPTED LIKE I WAS ITS A BIG SCAM THEY ARE BLOODY THEIFS.
