Unauthorized charges
I was contacted by TLG loans regarding a loan apllication that i had made through loansupermarket.com, they took some details from me including debitcard details (to check that my bank account was active) i was told that i would be sent details of the loan and some forms to sign WHICH NEVER ARRIVED. the man i spoke to on the phone told be that there MAY BE a charge for these forms he did NOT ask my permission to take these funds from my account as i would've said NO as i had bills to pay. I was happy as i thought i was going to be recieving a loan. later that day i went to withdraw some money and there was £150 missing i rang my bank and they told me that a card payment had been made to TLG loans. i phoned TLG loans and asked why this had happened and they told me that a refund would be sorted. i have rang every week since and am either put on hold for hours or told i'll have to wait another 10 days. they ripped me off and i want my money back!!!

Unauthorized billing
I first applied at the bank for a loan, but because I do not have much of a credit history I was refused. I went on the Internet and eventually received a telephone call from TLG loans, although they did not say who they were at the time, they just said that they were a Loan Company. They took my details and not once did they mention that there was a fee.
They then asked for my Card Details so that they could transfer the funds into my account. I gave them the details and when I went to the Bank to withdraw money to pay my rent there was insufficient funds. The bank teller gave me a mini statement and it was then that I noticed a withdrawal of £249.99 by TLG Loans. It made me physically sick, and I am now trying to sort this out but also trying to raise money to pay my rent which I was unable to do.

I tried to get a loan on the internet but no luck, i Had a phone call of this company then and they said they could help. So basically i gave them all my details then passed me to an account manager or something like that.
He said iv been accepted but asked if i had a bank account and gave him the long number on my card as he said it was for verification purposes, i also asked numerous times if i wasnt gonna get charged and he said no not until you get your loan. I checked my bank statement on tne 22/04/2009 and 49.99 had came out from my bank lucky i had a lil bit of money in there at the time so i didnt get charged. I have read a few posts and complaints.

Unauthorized charges
Having been searching for a loan online for a while I was phoned by TLG loans via an agent and was "pre approved" for a £5000 loan and was then asked for my bank card details so they could check I had a valid bank account. I was then told they would pass my details to their account's section and they would be in touch. That was on the 17/4/09 it's now 22/4/09 and I've heard nothing from them but they have withdrawn £199.99 from my account!
I've now of course checked on the web and found a number of people who've had the same problem. Is this company as doggy as it's starting to appear to be and has anyone had any success in getting a refund?

Unauthorised charges
This company took £199.99 unauthorised money from my account. The bank said that I authorised it which I never done. Now their company number is closed. I sent them letter but no response. I want to know where I can go from here.
